Testimonials

“Kaitlin wowed us from the very beginning with a sparkling, friendly personality and a super compelling talk topic. It was clear from day one that she understood public speaking dynamics and what our audience was looking for. That's something very unique amongst presenters.  Kaitlin was fantastic to work with—she was engaged, worked on schedule and didn't leave things to the last minute. She also took feedback very well and worked it into her talk. Out of all the talks given that day at SXSW, Kaitlin's was one of the talks that I actually heard audience members talking about afterward! They were commenting on some of the funny quips that she made. Which is another point—she can actually be funny if the talk calls for it. Not everyone can do that.”

Firen Forrest
Co-Founder of Ignite Talks, Organizer of Ignite@SXSW

“I met Kaitlin Maud at TEDxSouthCongress in 2020 and I was incredibly impressed by her speaking ability and expertise in her field. When I created my speaker wish list for the TEDx event I organized in 2022, TEDxKoenigLane, Kaitlin was at the top. I felt so lucky that she agreed to participate and she was wonderful to work with - always reliable, communicative, and enthusiastic. I had no doubt she would deliver a powerful talk, but she has grown so much as a community leader in the last few years, which was evident in her performance. Her delivery was confident, fresh, and passionate. She gave a beautiful TEDx talk - one that really resonated with the audience. Many audience members referenced the activity she led in their feedback form as being a stand-out of the event.”

Shelby Hadden
Organizer and Producer, TEDx Koenig Lane

“In an industry of egos, Kait swims upstream. She is open and humble - but fierce when she needs to be - which makes her an absolute pleasure with which to work when you want to get shit done, and still enjoy the process. She also happens to be an excellent manager, workshop facilitator, and public speaker. In the worlds of culture and marketing, Kaitlin is a truly invaluable asset.”

Eric Tabone
Former Sr. Manager, Design Program Coach, CVS Health

“Kaitlin is a dynamic speaker that brought so much energy to our DigiGirlz event. Not only was she wonderful to work with when developing her presentation, she was sure to tailor her notes so that attendees walked about with tangible knowledge they could apply as they went through high school - this made her standout amongst the other speakers we had for the event.”

Kayt Racz
Former Manager, Global Public Affairs, Microsoft

“After hosting Kaitlin as a guest on The Strategy Inside Everything podcast, I was struck by her communication style and invited her to host a series of special episodes to showcase her voice. Kaitlin has delivered with a series of insightful conversations incorporating her understanding of subject matter and sensitivity to her subject. Kaitlin is equal parts perceptive and compelling and her episodes of the podcast are some of the favorites among regular listeners.”

Adam Pierno
Managing Director, Brand Strategy at Arizona State University

“I invited Kaitlin to guest lecture a digital marketing course I taught at Boston College. As an expert in digital and social media, as well as consumer behavior and culture anthropology, I knew she would be able to bring to life the course material in a way that would engage the students and she delivered. She was flexible and actively involved in planning an interactive and engaging presentation for my students. Once in the room she held their attention and generated a lot of participation.”

Ezra Englebardt
Adjunct Professor, Boston College

“With an expert understanding about what's next for brands, Kaitlin is able to dissect their current efforts, but also provide a road map of where they need to be heading.”

Beth Tucker
Head of Account Service, East of Western

“Kaitlin is always on top of all things trending. She doesn’t follow the crowd, the crowd follows her.”

Kimberly Getker

“I just took your class and it was awesome! You're awesome! This class was more useful than any of the marketing classes I took in college!”
