As the Founder of Harmonious Leadership, Mohan equips leaders with the tools to balance personal well-being with professional excellence, redefining leadership to be more fulfilling and impactful. Under his leadership, Our Turn trained over 250 students across 35 states, mobilized endorsements from 20+ organizations, and developed a groundbreaking Student Agenda aimed at closing opportunity gaps for young people.

A first-generation immigrant, Mohan’s deep understanding of identity, culture, and social innovation informs his approach to leadership. His work has been featured on ESPN, Fast Company, and the Stanford Social Innovation Review, and he has received numerous accolades, including being named a "40 Under 40 Rising Star" by New York Nonprofit Media and a "Next Generation Leader" by the Human Services Council.

Beyond leadership and social impact, Mohan channels his passion for storytelling through music as “Ahmen,” a hip-hop artist who fuses activism and artistry. He has performed and delivered keynote talks for organizations such as the World Economic Forum, Net Impact, and Penn State University.

Whether through public speaking, coaching, or music, Mohan is committed to rewriting the rules of leadership and inspiring people to turn their passion into action—all while ensuring that doing good also feels good.

Testimonials

“I had the privilege of sharing the stage with Mohan at a social justice conference in New York City and, thank goodness, they had me go first. I would not have wanted to follow his powerful act! Mohan took the stage and immediately enraptured the audience with his potent combination of social consciousness and keen intellect, flavored by an outstanding performance capacity. I would be hard-pressed to think of someone better suited to motivate a crowd of activists (or would-be activists) than he is: an impressive next generation leader in the social good sector.”

"Mohan is such an engaging and dynamic speaker that we were lucky to have for our talkback event. Covering topics of tremendous social weight such as gentrification, diversity and feeling disenfranchised, his message was motivational, thought provoking and behaviour changing. With his personal insights, he connected with the audience and gave them plenty of material to digest and reflect on. It is evident with Mohan that you are dealing with someone who works from the heart. His genuine approach and personal interaction are things we could all emulate. A rare find."

Kathryn McConnell, Executive Producer

"With the flow of a socially conscious Eminem, and the speaking ability of Common,Mohan makes this album is a must listen. At the end of the album, if you are not asking yourself “Whose fire are you going to light?”, you need to go back and not only LISTEN to the album, but HEAR the album."
